Concrete Bases in East Sussex
This month, we look at a project from one of our regular customers, who contacted us regarding building concrete bases in East Sussex.
GWF Groundworks usually carries out commercial groundworks for this client for his agricultural business, however, this time he wanted residential groundworks for a home office and workshop.
The area to be dug out was adjacent to the rear garden of his property, and also needed preparing for a new driveway that will lead up to the proposed office and workshop.
Despite the less than perfect weather we completed all groundworks in 5 days, and were ready to pour the concrete the following week, which was a turnaround that our client was happy with.
Many of our residential groundworks are like this. They are simple on paper but can easily be made more difficult, or take longer than they should, because of unpredictable weather, or other factors that are out of our control.
