Beach Landscaping East Sussex
Something a little bit different for this month's featured project - Beach Landscaping East Sussex style!
One of the more niche services that GWF Groundworks provides, it is always a good challenge to work with different types of terrain, especially those that we don’t get to deal with very often.
Beach landscaping at Camber Sands
At GWF Groundworks, we are regularly asked to do some landscaping at the beautiful Camber Sands in East Sussex, because, as the sands shift and change, sometimes they need some management.
Our tasks are simply to address areas that have become obstructive, unsightly, or just too big, and are beginning to cause issues, and to move sand as required to keep the beach both looking great, and safe for public use.
As one of the most popular beaches in the south east of England, Camber Sands welcomes thousands of visitors every year, and its favourable wind conditions mean that it is ideal for a range of activities, such as kitesurfing and kite buggying. Although relaxing in the dunes, dog walking, and paddling in the sea are less extreme options!
GWF Groundworks takes pride in our work in such an environment, mindful that these are the only sand dunes in East Sussex, stretched over five miles, and our breadth of ability means that we can often take on projects, such as this one, which other companies won’t.
Why not read about Camber Sands, and find out more about this fantastic stretch of beach, and why it is so popular with both locals and tourists.
It is unlikely that you are going to be looking for beach landscaping services, but it isn’t only beaches that we can make look more beautiful through landscaping.
We offer a full landscaping service, covering planning to completion, and can guarantee that you will end up with a fantastic looking outdoor space that will not only be great for your own use, but can add value to your property too.
So, if you would like to talk to us about any other landscaping needs that you have, please do contact us and we will be happy to help you.
